摘 要
升降機(jī)是通過(guò)支撐物體的底部或者物體的某一部分來(lái)使物體達(dá)到垂直高度上的升降。其按驅(qū)動(dòng)類型可分為機(jī)械式與液壓式兩類,本次設(shè)計(jì)主要是針對(duì)機(jī)械式雙柱升降機(jī)來(lái)開展工作。
機(jī)械式雙柱升降機(jī)主要由兩個(gè)舉升柱、兩個(gè)升降滑架、兩個(gè)托臂和兩個(gè)軌道式托板組成。通過(guò)帶傳動(dòng)和絲杠的螺旋傳動(dòng)將電機(jī)的動(dòng)能傳遞給托板來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)被載物體的上升或下降。本次設(shè)計(jì)首先確定了升降機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)、傳動(dòng)方法以及鎖緊機(jī)構(gòu)等設(shè)計(jì)方案;然后進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的計(jì)算和分析來(lái)保證升降機(jī)各部分的應(yīng)力校核,使其能夠正常工作:最后為了使設(shè)計(jì)成果更加簡(jiǎn)單明了地表達(dá),繪制了總裝配圖、主要部件零件圖和三維裝配圖。

Abstract
