裝配圖半自動鉆床設(shè)計及運動學(xué)分析,裝配,半自動,鉆床,設(shè)計,運動學(xué),分析 摘要 隨著先進制造技術(shù)的發(fā)展和進步，半自動化加工已成為機加工過程中的一種主流技術(shù)。這一技術(shù)的運用提高了機加工過程中工作效率和加工精度。半自動化多工位鉆床就是提高鉆削加工精度和效率的一種很好的機加工工具。本文對半自動化多工位鉆床進行了設(shè)計，采用了普通車床設(shè)計的步驟和方法，綜合考慮半自動化機床的特點。從切削力入手確定主軸及電機，到整個機床的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和機床的控制。最后到對機床初始化程序設(shè)計。 本文所做的工作: 1.完成半自動化多工位鉆床的資料收集與國、內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查比較，提出較為可行的方案; 2.完成機床的機械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計計算與電氣控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計，初步完成控制系統(tǒng)的軟硬件設(shè)計；提交論文及機械系統(tǒng)的裝配與關(guān)鍵零部件的相應(yīng)圖紙及半自動化系統(tǒng)的硬件圖，同時提交電子文檔; 3.編寫設(shè)計計算說明書。 完成了一臺經(jīng)濟型的半自動化機床的設(shè)計。 關(guān)鍵詞：半自動化技術(shù)、鉆床、鉆削、計算機控制、單片機 Abstract With the manufacturing development, numerical control manufacturing has become one of the major advanced technologies. efficiency and accuracy has been improved in application of the technology. Numerical control auto-drilling machine is a kind of the new machine tools that can improve the machining accuracy and efficiency. The paner has designed for Numerical control auto-drilling machine, using design method of the ordinary lathe, and considering the characteristic of the numerical control machine tools synthetically. cutting force has been calculated, the structural and the control system has been designed. Finally, the software routine has been explored. This paner has finished major works: 1. Completed a investigation of internal and external of current situation for numerical control multistage-drilling machine, and compared it, put forward a feasible scheme; 2. Completed the mechanical structural design an calculated and designed the electric control system, and finished the software and hardware of the control system tentatively; Submit thesis and the assembly of mechanical system and hardware picture of key spare part and drawing of numerical control system, submit the electronic file at the same time; 3. Write the specification of designing and calculating, has designed an economy numerical control machine tool.
