調速器前殼加工工藝與工裝設計學生姓名：伍漢平 班級：0781052指導老師：王細洋摘要：本次畢業(yè)設計題目是調速器前殼加工工藝與工裝設計。本人致力于調速器前殼的工藝與工裝的設計，前殼是調速器箱體的一個重要零件。調速器的零部件安裝于殼體內，主要通過調速器箱控制動元件的快慢運動。調速器是用來保持柴油機的轉速穩(wěn)定的。在柴油機的負載變化的過程中，它的轉速是會相應發(fā)生變化的。當轉速降低時，如果調速器不調節(jié)，柴油機最終將停掉；當轉速升高時，如果調速器不作用，柴油機最終將無法承受過大的離心力而損壞。調速器的作用就是保持柴油機的轉速穩(wěn)定。另外調速器還可以保持柴油機的最低轉速和最高轉速，防止低轉速運轉時熄火和高轉速運轉時“飛車”，造成機械損壞。運行時，柴油機所帶的負載是不斷變化的。在負載變化時，特別是突然變化時，必須保持柴油機的轉速穩(wěn)定。調速器就是自動保持轉速穩(wěn)定的裝置。對于發(fā)電用的柴油機，要求其轉速基本恒定在同步轉速，對調速器的調速特性要求很高。而調速器前殼是調速器的工作場所（調速器主要安裝于殼體內）。其工藝工裝設計的是否合理將會直接關系到油泵能否正常的工作，從而影響調速器的性能指標。關鍵字：調速器 調速器箱 柴油機指導老師簽名：Governor and the former Shell tool design processStudent name:Wu Han Ping Class:0781052Supervisor:Wang Xi YangAbstract：The graduation project topic is the former governor shell processing technology and tooling design.
