3、.2005.01.07 Alpha 發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)Engine Engine 系列系列MC 有3種發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī).其中2個(gè)型號(hào)是汽油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),1個(gè)是CRDI柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)。MC的汽油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)不是第一次在HMC車輛上使用。沒有CVVT系統(tǒng)的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)已經(jīng)在LC 1.6車輛中被采用。Alpha 1.6 和 1.4 DOHC發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),是由HMC設(shè)計(jì)的,現(xiàn)在HMC和KMC都在生產(chǎn)。在韓國(guó)的牙山工廠中有這種發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的裝配線。這種發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)相當(dāng)廣泛地被使用在HMC的車輛中,從1993年起,使用這種發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的車輛包括:Matrix,Gets,Accent,XD Elantra 和其他一些車輛。所以它在質(zhì)量上,和可靠性上都經(jīng)過了檢驗(yàn)?,F(xiàn)在,

6、hould be used for the training purpose.2005.01.07 Alpha 發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)主要不同主要不同-1-11.6 Intake Camshaft Target Wheel1.6 Cylinder Head主要移動(dòng)部件,例如活塞、活塞環(huán)、凸輪軸、曲軸、連桿、氣缸蓋、氣缸蓋襯墊和氣缸體,任何部件都不能在1.4和1.6升之間共用。為區(qū)分1.6 到 1.4的氣缸體,參考4號(hào)氣缸體找出編碼字母如1.4D/1.5D 或1.6D,1.4和1.5氣缸體可以交換變更,但1.6升不能變更。不能變更的主要原因是采用了CVVT系統(tǒng),且加大了1.6升缸徑尺寸。只能共用排氣和進(jìn)氣
